Our Projects

Since 2017, Coco-Dash have designed and delivered a wide range of projects across south east Queensland from urban courtyards to school naturescapes, multi-unit developments and high end architectually designed new builds and renovations.

Here are a few of our current favourites...

Coco-Dash designed and documented a subtle Australian native garden for this special rural property, to frame the stunning views and compliment the new home designed by Reistma & Associates. The design included swathes of native grasses, a rustic firepit area, a pergola for the tennis courts and feature planting to provide connection with the broader landscape and surrounding rolling hills and farmland.

We enjoy using our skills for the greater good and contributing to the local community. Coco-Dash have designed and documented this nature based playscape to assist this beautiful community kindy in achieving its' goal of activating an under-utilised area of the kindy grounds. The design includes mud patches, a scrambling net, an artist studio, vegetatable gardens, balance beams and more. Recycled and sustainable materials, captured rain water, hardy and drought tolerant planting underpin the design intent as an important education for the children and an introduction to climate smart resilient living. The plans will be used to obtain funding to enable this project to be undertaken.

Coco-Dash were engaged to design and document an Australian native garden for this new high end residential home in Noosa Heads designed by Reitsma & Associates. The design utilises low maintenance, water conservative native plant species on a very steeply sloped site.

Coco-Dash were engaged to design and document the landscape for this family home in Sunshine Beach, to create unique and functional spaces suited to the family's daily life and reflecting their personal style and love of the coast. The design includes; pool and surrounds, streetscape area and entrance, custom furniture, pergolas, paving and native plantings.

Coco-Dash designed and documented this 'coastal cottage' style garden for this architecturally designed beach house by K Architecture Studio. The design consists of textured plantings combining colour, foliage and form to create an informal, low maintenance garden that sits naturally and uniquely within this beach side location.

Coco-Dash designed and documented this beautiful square shaped pool for a family with two small children. The design includes lush mixed native and exotic plantings, fruit trees, turf play spaces and furniture elements all within a private outdoor entertaining area maximising the usability of the property.

Coco-Dash were engaged to provide design advice and documention to revitalise the existing garden areas and design new beach access areas for an iconic Noosa River front resort.

Coco-Dash designed and documented this contemporary garden for a unique house renovation in Noosa. The design consists of a refined plant palette and distinguishing elements to compliment the bold form of the architectural timber screens to provide a stand out street presence and entry.
